The Glide Gear POV Helmet is a professional helmet camera mount that allows filmmakers to shoot immersive POV content with professional DSLR cameras. Simply adjust exposure, set your focus, mount your camera to the helmet, and start moving! The rugged and durable high-impact resistant plastic helmet camera mount is equipped with 2 side mounting plates, one front plate and one top plate for accessory mounting with female 1/4 20 threaded holes. Mount mics, monitors, lights, and more on this POV camera mount! The camera attachment bracket is made of aircraft grade 6160 aluminum with grooved teeth and two-point adjustable knobs on both sides for solid rigging. It is important to balance the front weight of the camera with the included disc weights to avoid injury or discomfort. The POV 100 helmet camera mount will accommodate any DSLRs and that we include counterweights for up to a 3lbs camera setup. For optimum use and comfort, use a camera setup below 3lbs.
